information, law licensure information, practice area(s), malpractice insurance
information, information related to your practice, and how you heard about
LawRex. In the course of your use of the LawRex website, we may require

When you access or view the LawRex web pages, we may automatically track certain
information including your IP address, what browser you are using, and the URL
you just came from. We also collect information about your use of our site in
order to optimize our site usability.
We may use computer cookies to assist users in navigating through the LawRex web

some situations your mailing address, phone or fax number. Note: LawRex will
never ask for your password. Do not disclose your password if asked by a caller

• Placing a referral over the LawRex Network
Your name and contact information will be disclosed to the participating user
who is selected to receive the referral.
• Showing interest in a referral
Your full profile will be disclosed to the referring attorney if you are among
the members who show the highest interest in a referral.
• Referral fees associated with a posted referral
Your name and contact information may be disclosed to another LawRex user upon
request by that user if the other user can demonstrate or LawRex's records
reflect that you either placed a referral which required payment of a referral
fee using the LawRex website or you were awarded a referral which required
payment of a referral fee using the LawRex website.
• Violation of ethical or other rules or laws
There may be cases where LawRex is required or obligated to turn over your
name, contact, and other information to third parties, such as government
agencies. These disclosures may arise in the context of complying with any law,
to enforce or apply the terms of any of our user or subscription agreements, or
to protect the rights, property or safety of LawRex, our users, or others.
• Payment or other circumstances
There may be situations when it is necessary for LawRex to disclose your
information to third parties, such as credit card vendors, merchant account
